Every week, when the basketball season starts, I plan to write something called a Toronto Raptors dish writing on how the Raptors have thus far done and what is going on with the franchise. At the moment, I am going to do an offseason report.
The Raptors have totally rebuilt their roster only keeping the foremost of the franchise in Jose Calderon, Andrea Bargnani, and obviously, Chris Bosh.
